- BOLD Center participation Scholarship – Endowed Fund
Your gift to the BOLD Center Participation Endowed Scholarship Fund goes toward awarding annual scholarships to attract, support and retain talented undergraduate engineering students. The BOLD Center Participation Endowed Scholarship Fund is a permanent endowment, and annual distributions pursuant to the CU Foundation’s Spending Policy are available for the purpose of awarding BOLD participation scholarships.
- BOLD Excellence Fund
Provides support for the BOLD Center’s programs and operations at the University of Colorado Boulder. Your gift will help bolster academic performance of underrepresented engineering students through the Student Success Center (tutoring), awards and recognition events, career guidance workshops and research opportunities, all designed to increase student retention through inclusive excellence.
- BOLD Center Participation – Current Scholarship Fund
Your scholarship gift will enable the BOLD Center to attract, support and retain undergraduate engineering students through renewable BOLD participation scholarships, awarded annually and renewed based upon student performance.
- K-12 Youth Access to CU Engineering Fund
Your gift enables elementary, middle school and/or high school student groups to visit the CU Boulder campus and explore the exciting world of engineering by helping to fund programming, transportation, student luncheons, etc. K-12 youth will be inspired by faculty speakers, engage in creative hands-on projects and gain firsthand insight into what it takes to become an innovative engineer. A gift of $500 or more qualifies the donor for recognition as a K-12 Access Event Sponsor.
- Create Your Own BOLD Participation Scholarship Endowment ($25,000 minimum)
A BOLD Participation Scholarship Endowment is a permanent fund in which the principal is continually reinvested to provide a steady and growing stream of income. The income earned annually from the invested endowment, pursuant to the CU Foundation’s Spending Policy, will be used annually to award BOLD Participation Scholarships to attract, support and retain talented undergraduate engineering students — ensuring your scholarship support intentions in perpetuity.
